Wario's Advantage State is one of his greatest strengths. Wario has an incredibly effective combo game that has the pottential to kill from 0% Wario has waft. However, the strentgh in Wario's advantage lies in much more than his combo game. Advantage state is also includes ledgetrapping and kill confirms. So this section covers Wario's strong combo game, as well as his ledgetrapping, and kill confirms.

Ledgetrapping, also known as Ledgeguarding, is when you position yourself inbetween the ledge and center stage in order to maintain control of the stage and prevent your opponent from recovering. Wario is excellent at ledgetrapping due to reliable tools like Bike (Side-B), as a throwable projectile that can cover multiple options when thrown; Chomp (Neutral-B), for being a great way to easily catch neutral get-up and jumps from ledge; and his forward tilt, with it's ability to two-frame when angled down, and for its ability to cover ledge rolls very comfortably.

Wario is also good at Edgeguarding. Edgeguarding is a kind of ledgeguarding where you instead place yourself inbetwween your opponent and the stage and attempt to swat them away with an aerial. Wario's long lasting forward-air and strong back-air are both excellent tools for edgeguarding.

Wario has a plethera of kill confirms at high percent. One of his most famous is Up-Air ---> Waft which is one of his staple combo enders as well. But if you don't have waft, confirms like Down-tilt ---> Dash-attack; and landing Forward-tilt ---> Dash-attack are really reliable at helping Wario close out stocks.

Fianlly, Wario's combo game. Wario, being a combo centric character has a few nice combos, but the most common, and most effective is Neutral-air 1 ---> Neutral-air 2 ---> Up-air ---> Up-air. This is Wario's bread and butter combo and can even be extended with more Up-airs if you can read your opponent. ANother one of Wario's most important combos is Up-throw ---> Up-air at low percents (0% - 50%).

Wario has many more important setups, combos and other neat tricks in advantage, however, it is difficult to properly convey via text.
